Finnair Flight Academy is built around two core assets, our facilities and our people. The quality of our training services relies on the expertise of our people who bring together a rich variety of skills, experiences and perspectives. Our instructors with extensive backgrounds in airline operations make Finnair Flight Academy a special place to achieve the required knowledge and skills in inspiring and motivating environment.

The quality of our flight instruction is build upon extensive operational experience and systematic instructor training. Close collaboration with airlines enables us to utilize active line pilots in most of our training. All our simulator instructors have airline background and operational experience in the respective aircraft type.

All our safety, first aid, CRM and service instructors have been working as cabin crew and all the first aid instructors are also medical professionals. Many have studied pedagogics and have a degree in education."
