CRM training

Finnair Flight Academy provides a selection of CRM/Human Factors courses for flight crew or as joint training for pilots and cabin crew. Both Initial and recurrent CRM training is also available as an online course alternatively to classroom training or as a supplement to it.

CRM training can be customized to address your company operations and culture. We are able to provide both initial and refresher courses which fulfill the regulatory requirements.
